Sierra Leone: President Koroma & First Lady Mourn With Family of Late Staff

His Excellency President Dr Ernest Bai Koroma and First Lady Mrs. Sia Nyama Koroma along with family members, cabinet ministers and staff of State House Friday May 27 paid their last respects to the late Mr Borbor Jalloh former Head Cleaner at Presidential Lodge, Hill Station, Freetown.

President Koroma and wife Mrs. Koroma joined mourners for the funeral prayers hosted by Fullah Mosque for the late Mr Jalloh at Carlton Carew Road, off Wilkinson road.

Imam Alhaji Mohammed Alieu in his Khutbah to the Jamaat called on worshipers to continue to show love for mankind and prayed that Almighty Allah grant late Mr Jalloh heaven as every living thing on earth has to pass on one day and the only thing that will not die is the power of the Almighty God.

Son of late Mr Jalloh, Ibrahim Jalloh thanked the Jamaat and President Koroma for his humility and kindness to the family.

At the graveside at Murray Town cemetery, Alhaji Alieu thanked President Koroma for taking care of the late Mr Jalloh until his death and prayed that Allah continue to give the president wisdom and knowledge.

He also prayed that Allah guide and direct the president, cabinet and the entire government.

The late Mr Jalloh spent over thirty years with President Koroma and served as head Cleaner at the Presidential Lodge until his death.

May his soul rest in perfect peace.
